Condition Report

An Edwardian silver tea caddy of curved oblong form, depicting a continuous repousse scene of male and female figures outdoors, amidst trees with buildings and monuments in the background, with a similarly decorated wavy removable lid, the whole raised upon four ball feet. Hallmarked George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, Chester 1907. Height measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm), weight 4 ozt (125.7 grams).

Purchasing information
    In good overall condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Appears to be some minor holes to the repousse when viewed from the interior. Minor loss of definition to some of the buildings/monuments in the background of the decoration. Maker's mark slightly rubbed, other hallmarks clear and legible, partial hallmarks to the lid.
