Condition Report
BAUME & MERCIER - a gentleman's chronograph wrist watch. Yellow metal case, stamped 18k with poincon. Numbered 3916. Unsigned manual wind movement. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three and nine. Fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 37mm.

Purchasing information- Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but the hour counter has not been tested due to time constraints. Centre second hand is not resetting to 0.
- Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
- Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable discolouration, marks, tarnishing and loss of the laminate.
- Hands show marks and tarnishing. Hand to the subsidiary dial at nine appears to be a later replacement.
- Glass has scratches and marks.
- Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Case back shows noticeable dents.
- Crown has noticeable scratches, loss to the plating and dinting. Pushers also show wear to the plating.
- Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.
- Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
This lot does not come with box or papers.

Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
