An early Georgian 'Stuart' rock crystal gold and hair memorial ring. The rock crystal faceted to the surface beneath which a fabric panel has gold thread in two monograms to a sun motif, the border with scalloped texture and a later added Victorian foliate band. Ring size M 1/2. Weight 7.5gms.

The condition of this lot is good to fair. The rock crystal has been abraded, particularly to the outermost facets. There is general wear to the gold. The reverse of the panel has a piece of wire hooked through it, which may not be original. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
