A Georgian gold and silver, sapphire and diamond crowned hearts ring. Comprising a pear-shape foil back sapphire and rose-cut diamond, with rose-cut diamond crescent surmount and graduated rose-cut diamond band. Diamonds deficient. Ring size N1/2. Weight 1.9gms.

- Wear to mounts.
- Band resized, line visible to back of the band.
- No obviously replacement gems.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Cut and individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment.
- Principal diamond estimated 5 by 5.3mms (unable to assess depth due to mount).
- Estimated dimensions of sapphire 5.7 by 4.8mms (unable to assess depth due to mount).
- Sapphire appears a medium violetish blue hue. Significant abrasion.
