Description

Condition Report

A natural pearl, Burmese ruby and diamond hinged bangle. Of openwork design, the pearl, measuring approximately 9.6mms, with alternating cushion-shape ruby and rose-cut diamond surround and sides. With report 78152-16, dated 23rd April 2018, from GCS, stating pearl: natural, saltwater and rubies: Myanmar (Burma), no heat. Inner diameter 5.8cms. Weight 23.1gms.

  • Individual size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate weight estimation and colour and clarity assessment.

  • Diamonds with some small dark inclusions under 10x magnification.

  • Pearl is drilled, with metal post visible to both sides.
  • Pearl in good condition with some small scratches.

  • Rubies in good condition with minor abrasions. One with minor natural surface cavity.
