Condition Report
A late Victorian 12ct gold split pearl and enamel locket. The oval-shape locket, with split pearl and blue enamel star, suspended from a tapered surmount. Length 6cms. Weight 26.1gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches/ wear, slight discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Locket has some surface pitting.
- With two glazed panels inside.
- The split pearls are a cream colour, with green overtones, in good condition, with minor abrasions.
- Blue enamel is in good condition with minor surface scratches.
- Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
