An 18ct gold topaz and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape blue topaz, with brilliant-cut diamond scalloped surround. Estimated dimensions of topaz 9 by 6.5 by 4mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Hallmarks for Sheffield. Ring size N1/2. Weight 6.8gms.
