Condition Report

A matched pair of late Victorian and later silver mounted photograph frames, each quatrefoil aperture with shaped surround embossed with floral and scroll motifs upon a stippled textured ground surrounding a vacant cartouche, mounted on a replacement oak easel reverse. Hallmarked Reynolds & Westwood, Birmingham 1900 and Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1902. Height measuring 6 7/8 inches (17.7 cm).

Purchasing information
    In refurbished condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Replacement pins. The easel supports appear slightly loose and move in the frame. Hallmarks clear and legible, further marked Rd 355959.
