A pair of diamond earrings.

Condition Report

A pair of diamond earrings. Each designed as a diamond briolette, with rose-cut diamond cap, suspended from a slightly graduated old-cut diamond collet line. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 2.25cts, I-J colour, SI clarity. Length 5cms. Total weight 6.4gms.

  • Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/wear, discolouration and dents, in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Some of the collet settings are discolouration.
  • One of the collet settings has a crack, will need attention.
  • Earrings appear to be a composite piece, comprising components of differing ages.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
