A mid 20th century platinum diamond brooch. Of openwork design, the cushion-shape diamond and old-cut diamond collet sides, all within a series of old-cut diamond geometric surrounds, connected by similarly-cut diamond tapered panels. Principal diamond estimated weight 2.40cts, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Estimated total diamond weight 6cts. Length 4.9gms, Weight 14.7gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Some surface scratches and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Diamonds fairly bright and well matched.
- Principal diamond with scattered light and dark linear and crystal inclusions. Principal diamond has a nick at the girdle.
- Individual size and setting of non-principal diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Varied inclusions and levels of inclusions, some profusely included.
