Condition Report

A mid Victorian 18ct gold citrine memorial brooch, the oval-shape citrine, within a rope-twist surround and cannetille design panel, to the suspended fringe. Length 8.4cms. Weight 25.2gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches, minor dents and discolouration in keeping with general wear and age. Small pieces of the cannetille decoration are deficient. Some strands of the fringe are deficient. The pin, hinge and clasp is in working order. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue or on our website for coloured gemstones. The citrine is an even brownish orange, with good clarity, and minor abrasions and scratches.
