A Victorian embossed sugar bowl of bulbous form, embossed floral and acanthus decoration with central cartouche bearing presentation inscription, traces of a gilt interior and standing on four cast scrolling feet, maker J E Vernon, Edinburgh 1859, 7" (18cm) maximum diameter - 11 ozt.
