A Victorian sapphire and diamond cluster ring,

Condition Report

An early Victorian sapphire and diamond cluster ring, comprising a central closed back sapphire and diamond cluster bordered to each side by an old European cut diamond with a further outer curved design diamond border. Estimated total diamond weight - 2.00cts, Clarity - SI1/P3 (some diamonds chipped), Colour - K/Tinted. Back of ring shank replaced at a later date, Personal inscription to inner back of setting.

Purchasing information
    The ring is generally in good condition. The central sapphire has abraded facet edges and a scratch to the central table facet. One diamond is missing to the outer border. Some of the diamonds are chipped and inclusions can be seen to many. Scratches and dents can be seen to the ring shank, general wear and tear. Ring size UK- O US- 7 1/2.
