Condition Report
ROLEX - an 18k gold automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual wrist watch circa 1963, the champagne tone sunburst effect dial with hourly applied batons, bordered by a minute track, fluted bezel, tonneau shaped case fitted to an associated black leather strap with pin buckle, reference number 1005, serial number 937676, calibre 1560. Case width 34mm.

Purchasing information-
A Rolex gentleman's wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, rotor bridge and screws beginning to show signs of wear, dial has tiny marks across the whole surface, perhaps caused by water ingress, hands are marked, luminous panels discoloured on hands and on hourly dots, hourly dots also misshapen, glass is lightly scratched, should polish out, case has medium scratches caused by general wear, small chips on the underside of the lugs, associated strap is in good condition, with only minimal signs of wear and creasing, small area of discolouration on the underside of the strap, a few light scratches on the pin buckle. Due to the opening of this case back we recommend that this watch is sealed by an authorised technician before use near water. Please note that this lot does not come with box or papers.
