Purchasing information
Each piece displays general wear, tarnishing and surface marks and scratches in keeping with the age and use. Minor surface nicks/dints to the metal in places. The decoration to all pieces is generally okay with only slight loss of detail. Cream and sugar with gilded interiors. Possible repair to the sugar basin, solder visible at the top of the handle near to where it joins the main body. The hinged cover to the teapot does not close properly, so that there is a gap when it is closed. There is also a small hole in the cover. Some cracks in the ivory handle and a couple of minor splits to the tip of the spout. All full hallmarks to the underside of each piece are clear and legible and the part hallmarks to tea pot cover are also legible.
