Condition Report

An early 20th century 18ct gold opal and diamond dress ring. The three oval opal cabochons, with old-cut diamond double spacers, to the tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Hallmarks partially rubbed. Weight 4.4gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with the age of the ring. The outer opals have a bright play of colour displaying blues pinks and greens, the central opal with a weaker play of colour and white body colour. The diamonds are bright, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Some settings may need to be secured. The assay stamp and date letter has worn away. Ring size N.
