A late 19th century gold topaz and split pearl cross pendant. The fancy-shape topaz cross, within a split pearl surround. Length 5.4cms. Weight 8.8gms.

    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Minor discolouration to mount. Surmount probable replacement. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The split pearls are moderately well matched, with unevenness to the split pearl surfaces, slight discolouration. The topaz is a medium light yellowy orange and orangey yellow hue. Minor-moderate abrasions.
