Condition Report

A selection of two cameo brooches, to include an early 20th century 9ct gold shell cameo brooch, carved to depict two Puti's within a spaced scroll surround and a moulded glass cameo brooch carved to depict Hermes. Lengths 4.6 and 2.8cms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. There are scratches and areas of discolouration to the surround of the shell cameo, there are some hairline fractures to the shell cameo and there is wear to the detail of the shell. The surround is stamped 9ct. The moulded cameo is in fair condition, there are a couple of cracks to the back panel and some chips to the edging. The back panel is discoloured, with scratches, the pin has possibly been added at a later date.
