An early 20th century plique-a-jour enamel and imitation pearl sotoir pomander, designed as an imitation pearl woven strand, to the blue and colourless paste terminals, each supporting a plique-a-jour blue enamel and imitation pearl cluster pomander. Length 98cms.

Purchasing information-
The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The imitation pearls show some wear to the surface. The plique-a-jour panels have some cracks and minor chips, one with more noticeable chips. Each sphere terminal unscrews with section to put scented cotton. One of the spheres is tight and may not unscrew easily.
