Condition Report

A late 19th century continental gold diamond single-stone ring. The rose-cut diamond, within a closed back setting, to the tapered shoulders and later plain band. Dimensions of diamond 8.7 by 7.2mms. Weight 8.7gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition fair. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with the age of the piece. There are profuse inclusions to the diamond and some surface reaching fractures. The diamond appears to be drawing colour, the depth of the diamond is restricted, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. There is tarnishing to the back of the mount. Ring size V1/2.
