Condition Report

ROLEX - a 9ct gold manual wind gentleman's Precision wrist watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied batons, quarterly applied Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track, round case hallmarked Edinburgh 1968, numbered 32741, presentation engraving to the rear, fitted to a non-original black leather strap with pin buckle. Case diameter 32mm. With box and papers.

    Rolex wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, movement shows discolouration and marks, dial has light marks but is generally in a clean and pleasant condition, hands are lightly scratched and marked, glass is lightly scratched, case has medium scratches from use, case back shows heavier scratches and personal engraving, crown is scratched and discoloured, watch fitted to leather strap which shows signs of wear with creases and light marks, pin buckle is scratched. This lot comes with box and guarantee booklet which is dated 23rd October 1969. Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any watches sold. Importation of Watches into the US Bidders should be aware that the import of Rolex watches to the US is restricted. Watches (not limited to Rolex) may not be shipped to the USA and import must be undertaken personally. Generally only one watch may be imported in this manner at any one time.
