Condition Report

A Victorian garnet set brooch, comprising a central cluster of garnets with outer textured leaf detail with a chain link swag suspending an oval garnet set temination. Length of brooch - 6cms, Width - 3.7cms. Weight - 9.57 grams.

Purchasing information
    The brooch is generally in good condition. Unfortunately, the suspender attachment is broken and has pulled off part of the foliate detail (this is not extremely noticeable). This will need to be re-soldered. Minor abrasion can be seen to the amethyst. Bruising can be seen to some of the domed areas.
