An early George III silver waiter of circular form, the raised shaped edge with gadrooned rim, standing on three hoof feet. Hallmarked Elizabeth Cooke, London 1763. Diameter measuring 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm), weight 7.5 ozt (234 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. A small run of solder visible to the rim. A little pitting to the centre. The hallmarks are clear and legible. A little rubbing and loss of definition.
