Condition Report

An early 20th century 18ct gold opal and diamond five-stone ring. The graduated oval opal cabochons, with diamond point spacers, to the scrolling gallery and plain band. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1912. Weight 3.9gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Opals well matched, abraded. One replacement stone. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
