Condition Report

A late 19th century gold coral and split pearl pendant. Designed as an oval outline coral and split pearl openwork pendant, to the similarly-set surmount, suspended from a belcher-link chain, with coral spacers. Length of pendant 4.3cms. Length of chain 41cms. Weight 8.2gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Coral untested for natural colour origin. The coral is a mottled slightly orangey pink and white hue. Some small polyp holes, and other growth markings can be seen. The split pearls are well matched and slightly discoloured due to age.
