Condition Report

An early 20th century 15ct gold gem-set bar brooch. The square-shape sapphire collet, to the diamond point and seed pearl terminal sides and plain bar. Length 5.6cms. Weight 3.1gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Stamped 15ct and plat'm. Slight general discolouration. Slight bends to the pin. The diamonds appear relatively bright and well matched, estimated total diamond weight 0.025ct. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. The sapphire is a medium blue hue with a large reflective inclusion across the centre of the gem. Seed pearls untested for natural colour origin.
