An 18ct gold diamond and sapphire dress ring. The oval-shape pink sapphire, with brilliant-cut diamond line sides, to the brilliant-cut diamond asymmetric shoulders. Total diamond weight 0.32ct, stamped to band. Hallmarks for London. Weight 7.3gms.
