An early 20th century gold diamond and sapphire five-stone ring. Designed as an alternating, slightly graduated cushion-shape sapphire and old-cut diamond line, to the tapered shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct, K-L colour, P1 clarity. Weight 3.9gms.

Purchasing information-
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general wear. A number of the claws are worn and in need of attention. Some replacement sapphires, which are not perfectly matched in regard to the depth of the stone. The diamonds are bright and lively. Light scratches and chips to the surface can be seen under magnification. The sapphires are a medium blue hue with areas of colour zoning.
