Condition Report

ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Date bracelet watch. Circa 1969. Reference 1500, serial 2150035. Signed automatic calibre 1570. Silvered dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Polished bezel, stainless steel case fitted to a stainless steel Oyster bracelet with Oysterclasp. 35mm.

Purchasing information
  • Automatic movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears to have light scratches and tarnishing consistent with general use.
  • Dial appears to be in good condition A couple of hour markers are scratched and number 11 is tarnished and discoloured at the end
  • Hands currently display very light chips and scratches and tarnishing to the centre when examined with a 10x loupe.
  • Glass appears to have been replaced with plastic which seems to be lightly scratched, the date aperture magnification is scuffed.
  • Bezel seems to have light pitting and scratches.
  • Case currently has medium chips and scratches.
  • Crown seems to be lightly scratched.
  • Case back displays multiple several light scratches and medium scuffs.
  • Bracelet does not appear stretched.
  • Bracelet appears to be lightly scratched with tarnishing and discolouration between the links.
  • Clasp locks properly and shows areas of medium tarnishing and scratching, consistent with general use.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 17cm including the case.
