Condition Report

An Edwardian 18ct gold garnet-topped-doublet and diamond ring. The graduated oval-shape garnet-topped-doublets, with diamond point triple spacers, to the scrolling shoulders and tapered band. Hallmarks for Chester, 1902. Weight 4.1gms.

    Overall condition fair. Minor surface wear in keeping with age. Evidence of resizing/repair to the band. Wear to the claws, stones are possible replacements. Garnet-topped-doublets pink. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Fair condition with significant abrasion, nicks and chips. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Due to the nature of the diamond point it is not possible to calculate an accurate total diamond weight.
