Condition Report

A Victorian gold amethyst necklace. The pear-shape amethyst drop, within a foliate cannetille surmount, suspended from a series of similarly-set oval-shape amethysts, to the multi-strand later added back chain. Length 52cms. Weight 80gms.

    Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The surmounts appear bright with no discolouration present. The amethyst are well matched.
