A late 19th century gold split pearl and diamond brooch. Comprising two split pearl scrolling lines, with rose-cut diamond scalloped line accents. Length 4.2cms. Weight 10.1gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good to fair overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Replacement safety chain, believed gilt metal. soft solder visible. Replacement fittings, possible conversion from a larger item of jewellery. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond spread weight 0.45ct, which is no indication of total diamond weight. Split pearls reasonably well matched, slight discolouration to some. Fine cracks. Typical small surface blemishes. General yellowy cream hue.
