Condition Report

A set of two 18ct gold diamond rings. The first designed as a graduated brilliant-cut diamond three-stone ring of crossover design, the second comprising a brilliant-cut diamond channel-set curved band, designed to be worn together. Estimated total diamond weight 0.85ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 6.3gms.

    Overall condition good. Minor surface wear and light scratches in keeping with general wear. Evidence of resizing. Diamonds bright and well matched. Three principal diamonds total estimated weight 0.70ct, I-K colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Diamonds assessed within the limits of the mounts. One outer diamond is drawing slightly more of a yellow hue than the other two. Large inclusions and surface reaching feathers generally visible under magnification. Individual size of the smaller diamonds prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered to large inclusions generally visible under magnification. Diamonds in good condition with some nicks. Ring sizes N1/2 and O.
