Condition Report

An Edwardian 18ct gold ruby and diamond ring. The replacement synthetic ruby centre and cushion-shape ruby sides, with rose-cut diamond spacers, to the plain band. Hallmarks for Chester, 1901. Weight 3gms

    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. The central ruby has been replaced with a synthetic ruby. One diamond pointer is missing. One diamond pointer is a replacement. The US prohibits the importation of items containing rubies or jadeite originating in Burma. For your convenience we have applied this notice to lots which contain rubies or jadeite originating in Burma, or those of indeterminate origin. Ring size K 1/2.
