Condition Report

A 19th century walnut box, of rectangular form with hinged domed lid having central plain shield ivory cartouche, applied foliate engraved brass fittings and trefoil escutcheon, opening to reveal single compartment interior, 9.5" x 6.5" x 5" (23.5cm x 16.5cm x 12.5cm).

Purchasing information
    Ivory cartouche split to centre. Brass fittings slightly worn with rubbing. General knocks to surface. No key, lock now mis-lined and so stiff to open.
