BERNAX - a gentleman's wrist watch. Hallmarked Chester 1941. Signed manual wind movement. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 9ct rose gold case fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 29mm.

Purchasing information- The manual wind movement is currently functioning.
- Movement appears to display light scratches, dark marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear.
- Dial appears to show heavy discolouration and tarnishing with ubbing to the outer minute track and several scratches.
- Hands seem to be heavily discoloured with signs of rusting. Rubbing and tarnishing have exposed the base metal and chips are present to the centre.
- Glass appears to have been replaced with platic, which is lightly scratched.
- Case appears to show multiple medium scuffs and scratches with several significant chips and dents.
- Crown currently shows heavy tarnishing, discolouration and pitting.
- Case back seems to show multiple medium scratches, which should polish out, a number of noticeable dents and several small chips.
- Strap appears to have tarnishing and cracks to the leather, particularly around the pin holes, consistent with the strap being fastened.
- Buckle seems to show heavy rubbing and tarnishing. This lot does not come with box and papers.
