A mid 20th century jade bar brooch. Designed as a moth, with circular and pear-shape jadeite cabochon body, atop a plain bar. Length 5.1cms. Weight 4.3gms.

Overall condition good. Some surface wear in keeping with general wear. Light indentations and some discolouration to the reverse. Replacement pin. Jadeite untested for natural colour origin/treatments. Jadeite mottled green, moderate colour saturation. Gemstones in fair condition with some surface reaching fractures.
