Condition Report

A pair of 18ct gold emerald and diamond cluster ear studs. Each designed as a circular-shape emerald, within a single-cut diamond illusion setting surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Hallmarks for London, 1977. Diameter 1cm. Weight 5.2gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. Surface scratches and scuffs in keeping with slight wear. The emeralds are a slightly cloudy light to medium green, with typical inclusions visible with the naked eye, some of which are surface reaching. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Small light inclusions can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. With fixed posts suitable for pierced ears. Overall condition good. Emeralds mid-green colour and well matched. Diamonds well matched.
