Condition Report

An early 20th century platinum and 18ct gold opal and diamond cluster ring. The oval opal cabochon, within a single-cut diamond scalloped surround, to the similarly-cut diamond shoulders and openwork gallery. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Weight 2.5gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Stamped 18ct plat, stamps slightly worn. The diamonds appear bright and moderately well matched. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. One diamond set at a slight angle. Significant abrasion. Ring size O 1/2.
