A selection of amber and reconstructed amber jewellery, to include an irregularly-shaped amber bead necklace, an oval amber cabochon brooch, an amber ring and pendant, together with two reconstructed amber bead necklaces. Length of necklaces 66 to 58cms. Length of brooch 5.1cms. Total weight 120.1gms.

Purchasing information-
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with general wear. One clasp with wear to the yellow metal surface. Some wear to the strings. Amber varies in appearance, yellowish-orange to brownish-orange and brownish-red. Irregularly-shaped amber beads with rough, textured surfaces, translucent appearance, fair condition with some significant chips. Brooch translucent brownish orange/yellow with a cloudy appearance, fair condition with significant surface abrasion and nibbles. Replacement pin. Amber in the ring in good condition with minor abrasion and fine surface crazing. Amber pendant transparent with a cloudy section and some surface reaching inclusions, fair to good condition with some scratches. Last two necklaces with dark coloured scattered inclusions, cross-hatched surface appearance in places. One clasp stamped 9K.
