Condition Report

A 9ct gold garnet and split pearl pendant. The oval garnet cabochon, within a scrolling split pearl and circular-shape garnet surround, to the oval garnet cabochon drop, may be worn as a brooch. Hallmarks for London, 1977. Length 6.3cms. Weight 15.2gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Garnets are well matched with very dark hue. Without the aid of laboratory equipment, it has not been possible to determine if these cultured pearls are from a fresh or saltwater source. The split pearls are well matched.
