Condition Report

Two early 20th century 18ct gold gem-set rings. To include a circular-shape sapphire and old-cut diamond five-stone ring, together with an oval-shape ruby three-stone ring with diamond point spacers. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 5.4gms.

    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. The diamond detail is quite bright. Large chip to one old-cut diamond. replacement single-ct diamond for some of the diamond point detail. Solder lines visible to bands. Ring size O 1/2 and P. Jade untested for natural colour origin. The US prohibits the importation of items containing rubies or jadeite originating in Burma.
