Condition Report

OMEGA - a gentleman's Geneve wrist watch. Hallmarked London 1972. Numbered 1318412. Signed manual wind calibre 601. Silvered dial with baton hour markers. 9ct yellow gold case fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with signed gold plated pin buckle. 33mm. Box. Together with a stainless steel Omega DeVille bracelet watch.

    Omega Geneve wrist watch.

  • Movement is functioning sporadically and may need attention.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial shows some small marks.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe
  • Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.
  • Case shows scratches and marks. Case also shows tarnishing. Case back has a presentation engraving.
  • Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Crown also has visible tarnishing. Crown may be a later replacement.
  • Strap is in a poor condition with noticeable wear, splits, marks, creasing and discolouration.
  • Buckle shows wear to the plating as well as marks, scratches and visible tarnishing.

  • Movement is not currently functioning, whether this is due to the need for a new battery or symptomatic of something more serious is unknown.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to have marks and scratches, some loss of the laminate visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to show a crease.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe
  • Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Bracelet has scratches, marks and some signs of stretching to links.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks.

  • Bracelet measures approximately 20cm including case.
