An 18ct gold diamond and ruby crossover ring. The oval-shape diamond and ruby terminals, to the tapered baguette-cut diamond and calibre-cut ruby scrolling shoulders. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.95ct, J-K colour, SI clarity. Hallmarks for London, 1981. Weight 5gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The US prohibits the importation of items containing rubies or jadeite originating in Burma. The principal ruby has a shallow chip to the girdle and pavillion along one side. Principal ruby estimated dimensions: 7.5, 5.6, by 3.6mms. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Individual tapered baguette-cut diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Ring size N.
