Condition Report

ARNEX - a gentleman's chronograph wrist watch. Numbered 40479. Signed manual wind movement. Black dial with luminous baton hour markers, Arabic twelve and six, subsidiary recorder dials to three and nine. Calibrated bezel, stainless steel case fitted to an olive nylon 'NATO' style strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 38mm.

  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye.
  • Chronograph is currently functioning and successfully resets to zero.
  • Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches, tarnishing, some lifting of the laminate.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint.
  • Glass has noticeable scuffs and multiple scratches with some chips to the edge.
  • Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting.
  • Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.
  • Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
