Condition Report

An opal bracelet. Designed as a graduated series of oval black opal cabochons, each within a collet setting, to the quatrefoil intervals and connecting two-row chain. Length 22.5cms. Weight 22.2gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition fair. Some surface wear and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Significant evidence of repair and alteration. Opals are within closed-back settings. Differ slightly in appearance. Play-of-colour from yellow through to violet, uneven patches and distribution. Gemstones in fair condition with significant surface wear, scratches, nicks and some chips. Glue/cement visible to the edges of some. Clasp stamped 9ct.
