Condition Report

A 1930's silver three piece tea service comprising teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug, each of tapering and faceted circular form to a footed base, stained wood handle to the teapot. Hallmarked Viner's Ltd., Sheffield 1931. Maximum length of teapot measures 9 1/2 inches (24 cm), gross weight 21.67 ozt (674 grams).

Purchasing information
    The tea service appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some minor dints. Small floods of solder visible to the underside of the sugar bowl. Hinged appears in good working order. The hallmarks and maker's marks appear a little rubbed in places but are all still legible.
