A mid 20th century gold and silver sapphire and diamond dress ring. The brilliant-cut diamond collet, within a similarly-cut diamond and pear-shape sapphire square-shape surround, to the trifurcated shoulders and ridged band. Estimated total diamond weight 1.30cts. Foreign marks. Weight 6.7gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. There are areas of tarnishing to the silver settings.

- Diamonds bright.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Sapphires medium, light blue, fairly well saturated, with fairly good clarity and typical inclusions.There are some areas of patchy colour and angular zoning.
- Stones in fair condition with some significant abrasion to the facet edges and faces.
