Condition Report

A cultured pearl and diamond crossover ring. The golden-yellow cultured pearl and brilliant-cut diamond, with single-cut diamond and diamond point asymmetric shoulders, to the plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.40ct, L-tinted colour, VS clarity. Weight 3.6gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with general wear.

  • Band shows evidence of resize. Some evidence of repair/alteration to the shoulders and settings.

  • Cultured pearl untested for natural colour origin. Glue visible to the base. Yellow hue, rose and greenish overtones. Fairly good skin with some surface blemishes, fairly good lustre.

  • Principal diamond assessed within the limits of the mount. Yellow hue. No obvious inclusions visible under magnification.

  • Shoulder diamonds fairly well matched. Estimated total shoulder diamond weight 0.03ct. Fair condition with nicks and chips.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Ring size J.
