Condition Report

ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 1995. Stainless steel case with yellow metal fluted bezel. Reference 16233, serial W335371. Signed automatic calibre 3135. Champagne dial with gilt baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed bi-metal jubilee bracelet with stainless steel Oysterclasp. 35mm. Papers.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears to be in a generally good condition with little sign of previous intervention when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches, some lifting of the laminate visible to the naked eye. Luminous dots at the edge of teh dial are tarnished and heavily discoloured. There is an area of dicolouration on the dial between the 4 and 5 o'clock hour markers. This is visible to the naked eye. As well as discolouration around the 4 o'clock hour baton.
  • Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing
  • Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case shows light scratches and marks.
  • Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking.
  • Bracelet has light scratches and some signs of light stretching to links.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marks
  • Bracelet measures approximately 19cm including case.

    This lot does not come with a box, but comes with papers to consist of a certificate dated 20 July 2000.
